Week 6-12 postpartum pelvic floor wellness check & Pelvic floor therapy treatment

$100 per couple for 3 hour class (group)

$250 for a 3 hour private education session

 (can be done at home or at birthing center, travel fee not included if travel exceeds 15 miles)

Newborn OT assessment and treatment for body alignment, oral function and birth integration

Labor &/or Postpartum Doula Services

Sliding scale $1500-$2000 

 Bodywork sessions for birthing person, birth partner or other family members

Infant massage and parent training

Private perinatal yoga/ therapeutic exercise sessions and body prehab or rehab exercise prescriptions
